豆乾炒肉絲 Shredded Pork Tofu

材料
豬肉絲 100公克
豆乾 100公克
蔥段 30公克
紅辣椒絲 15公克
蒜末 10公克

Ingredients
100 grams shredded port
100 grams shredded tofu
30 grams scallions
15 grams red hot chili peppers
10 grams minced garlic

調味料
A
醬油 2茶匙
太白粉 2茶匙
米酒 1大匙
B
醬油 2大匙
糖 1茶匙
水 50cc
香油 1大匙

Seasonings
A
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1 tablespoon rice wine

B
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Water 50CC
1 tablespoon sesame oil

作法
1. 豬肉絲與調味料A抓勻;豆干切絲備用。
2. 熱鍋,倒入沙拉油,放入豆干煎香後,再放入作法1的豬肉絲炒散。
3. 續放入蔥段、紅辣椒絲、蒜末炒香,後加入調味料B炒勻即可。

Preparation Instructions:

2. Heat the frying pan, add salad oil, afterwards add the shredded dried tofu and stir-fry, then add the shredded pork and stir-fry.
3. Add in the scallions, red chili peppers and continue to stir-fry, afterwards finish by adding in seasonings B and stir well.
